Today, Peter visited Glenfield Surgery to discuss their new (AI) virtual receptionist "Emma" and some of the concerns from residents about its accessibility.
It was helpful to see first hand the benefits that this tool is bringing, but it is important that with the introduction of new technology services remain readily accessible for all.
