Peter raises the importance of reasonable adjustments in the workplace

Peter very much believes that having a job is the best tool for improving social mobility, but for many, particularly those with disabilities, it’s not as simple as clocking in and out every day.

That’s why, in the Work and Pensions Select Committee, he asked if sufficient reasonable adjustments are being made for those that need it by businesses, and what more can be done to support this.
