Peter champions animal welfare

Sadly, there are far too many instances where animal rescue shelters have let the animals down in their care, because currently there are no legal requirements for shelters to be licensed like breeders & kennels are. That’s why in Parliament, Peter joined the Dogs Trust to discuss the pressing need to change this.
