On Thursday, Peter was delighted to attend the celebration marking the re-opening of the Royal Oak pub in Rothley. Joining representatives from Everards Brewery, local residents and the new manager, Steve, Peter helped commemorate the pub’s official re-opening following an extensive interior refurbishment.
Speaking before ‘cutting the ribbon’ on the doors of the much-loved Mid Leicestershire pub, Peter highlighted his strong support for the hospitality sector and the important role pubs play in brining communities together.
The event marked a new chapter for Royal Oak, and Peter encouraged residents from across Mid Leicestershire to pay the pub a visit and support a valued local business at the heart of the community.
