On Saturday 6th September Peter joined volunteers, and local residents, to celebrate Markfield Community Libraries 10th year Anniversary.
Having previously served as the County Councillor for Markfield from 2017 - 2024 Peter is particularly proud of the work that volunteers have done to make the Community Library such a success.
Speaking at the event he said:
It's wonderful to join so many residents today to celebrate 10 years of Markfield's Community Library.
My thanks go to the many volunteers who give up their time to create such an important community asset.
