Peter Bedford MP gives his reaction to the Chancellor’s Emergency Budget.
Peter strongly criticised the Chancellor and the fact that through her poor economic decisions, the OBR have had no choice but to slash their growth forecast for 2025.
He said that: “this government has implemented policies that are damaging our businesses when they should be investing, to ensure that we invest in jobs, work and skills and ensure that our economy flourishes for the future.”
Peter fundamentally believes that the tax burden on business is too and that the Chancellor must course to grow the UK economy.
