Since becoming the Member of Parliament for Mid Leicestershire in July of 2024 I have passionately fought for the hospitality and leisure industry; a sector that has faced significant challenges over recent years.
With this in mind, I launched my ‘Best Pub’ competition earlier this year. The competition saw more than 700 residents vote for their favourite establishment; and culminated in the Royal Oak in Kirby Muxloe winning the Award!
After the success of this I am launching my next competition to find:
‘Mid Leicestershire’s Best Café’!
